Research Areas
personality, leadership, competitiveness, gender
I am passionate about the implications of personality and individual difference variables on organizational outcomes, particularly in the context of leadership and leader emergence. My research tends to focus on dark personality and aims to expand taxonomies of subclinical traits far beyond the popularized Dark Triad. I have a strong focus on quantitative research methods that I am expanding through opportunities as a Research Methods Division student representative and CARMA student representative. I am also dedicated to performing research that accounts for gender and cultural differences.
