Research Areas

Mental Illness and Health, Identity Threats, Social Identity

I am an organizational behavioral scientist with an interest in mental illness, mental health, events, and social identities, as well as how these affect our modern workplaces theoretically and practically. With 12 years of human resources expertise and my education, I intend to conduct research that highlights better methods of navigating these topics and sheds light on how to develop and maintain a just and fair work environment.
